What Our Customers Are Saying
Having never tried microdosing, I didn’t know where to begin and was quite nervous to embark on this journey. I found Golden Teacher's page and appreciated the ethos of genuinely wanting to support the well being of others. I tried the Micro100 and after a few months it’s like a dirty lens has been removed from my vision. I’m happier, more calm, and feel more spiritually connected to my place in the web of life. I’m content in a way I didn’t know was possible for me. 10/10 recommend!
Myra
I looked at your site many times before purchasing Golden Teacher. As a medical professional I was reassured by the information shared on the website. I have used mushrooms in the distant past but was hesitant to purchase due to the risks of present day. I felt confident that I could trust your product to be genuine and safe. The service was swift and discreet.
Pamela
I’ve started to see more clearly when I’m thinking an experience is me rather than something I’m passing through or is passing through me. Mushroom journeys help me to be more truthful to myself even if I struggle to do so with others. Golden Teachers in particular have a way of gently opening my awareness to how connected we all are and are helping me break through all the genetic and social conditioning that tells me I’m not connected.

FAQ'S
UNDERSTANDING DOSAGE
I want to microdose mushrooms but I’m not sure how much to take?
The following dosing chart is a general guide to understanding the appropriate magic mushroom dosage for your experience level and body weight. One caveat is your level of sensitivity or tolerance to other psychedelic substances, alcohol or substances in general. For those with a high sensitivity, a 50mg dose may be most suitable regardless of body weight. Conversely, those with a high tolerance to substances are advised towards the 200mg dosing regardless of body weight and experience.
These dosages are for dried and ground raw psilocybin mushrooms of the Golden Teacher variety.
Experience Level 60-110 lbs (27-50 kg) 110-170 lbs (50-77 kg) 170 lbs+ (77 kg+)
Beginner 50 mg 100 mg 100 mg
Intermediate 100 mg 100 mg 200 mg
Advanced 200 mg 200 mg 200 mg
Further to this chart, when microdosing psilocybin or most psychedelics, it is important to have rest days so your body does not develop a tolerance to psilocybin.

WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF MAGIC MUSHROOMS?
Psilocybin therapy has been researched for its potential therapeutic effects on a variety of mental health conditions. Both scientific studies and anecdotal evidence have suggested its efficacy in treating or alleviating symptoms of several disorders, although it’s important to note that the research is ongoing and psilocybin remains a controlled substance in many jurisdictions. Here’s a brief overview of the top conditions that research and anecdotal evidence suggest can be fully or partially alleviated with psilocybin therapy:
-
Major Depressive Disorder (MDD): Studies have shown significant reductions in depression symptoms that can last for months following treatment.
-
Treatment-Resistant Depression: Psilocybin has offered hope for individuals whose symptoms have not responded to traditional antidepressants.
-
End-of-Life Psychological Distress: Patients with terminal illnesses have reported reduced anxiety and depression after psilocybin therapy.
-
Existential Anxiety: Psilocybin has been found to help alleviate the deep existential anxiety associated with life-threatening diseases.
-
Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD): Preliminary research suggests psilocybin can reduce OCD symptoms in some individuals.
-
Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD): Psilocybin, alongside therapy, has shown promise in reducing PTSD symptoms by processing traumatic memories.
-
Alcohol Dependence: Studies indicate that psilocybin therapy can reduce cravings and promote abstinence in individuals with alcohol use disorder.
-
Tobacco/Nicotine Addiction: Research has demonstrated significant success rates in smoking cessation, with effects lasting for several months post-treatment.
-
Cocaine Addiction: Although research is more limited, there’s potential for psilocybin to help reduce cocaine use.
-
Eating Disorders: Anecdotal evidence and initial studies suggest psilocybin could aid in treating disorders like anorexia nervosa.
-
Cluster Headaches: Patients have reported relief from cluster headache symptoms, even in cases where other treatments failed.
-
Chronic Pain: Emerging evidence suggests psilocybin may alter pain perception, potentially offering relief for chronic pain sufferers.
-
Anxiety Disorders: Reductions in anxiety symptoms have been reported, especially in anxiety associated with life-threatening illnesses.
-
Social Anxiety: Psilocybin therapy has shown potential in reducing social anxiety symptoms, particularly in individuals with autism.
-
Migraines: Some individuals report decreased frequency and severity of migraines after psilocybin use.
-
Personality Disorders: There is interest in psilocybin’s potential to treat certain aspects of personality disorders, though research is in early stages.
-
Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD): Anecdotal reports suggest potential benefits, but scientific research is needed.
-
Mood Disorders Other Than Depression: This includes bipolar disorder, though psilocybin use in bipolar patients requires careful consideration due to the risk of mania.
-
Existential Distress in Non-Terminal Illnesses: Individuals with chronic, non-life-threatening conditions may also experience reductions in existential anxiety.
-
General Well-being and Creativity Enhancement: Beyond treating specific conditions, some research suggests psilocybin can enhance feelings of well-being and creativity in healthy individuals.
It’s crucial to approach psilocybin therapy with caution, as its legal status, potential side effects, and the appropriateness for individual health conditions vary widely. Professional medical advice and supervision are essential when considering psychedelic therapy.
